We are very happy to announce that Lance Seelman in our office just received notification that he passed his final architect registration exam!! Thus, Lance may now use the title "Architect" which is reserved by law in Texas only for those who have a professional degree, have completed the practical training requirements and have passed all of the Architect Registration Exams. This is a wonderful achievement and completes years of dedicated work and study.

Harts Bluff Dedication Ceremony
This project had a tight budget plus an extremely limited site and these factors demanded a simple form and structure. The library and science lab were the main focal points and the challenge was to make a dramatic and unique library within these constraints. Alan used a standard 'T" bar system to create a faceted curved ceiling. He coupled this with suspended light fixtures, pilasters and furrdowns to create the library space, a portion of which is shown below. Teachers, students and visitors were very happy with the result.
